For sports coaches, physical trainers, fitness teachers, sportsmen, sports coaches etc. Accessible to all people with a tablet or smartphone.

This application offers 3 different programs in order to work the speed and processing of information through visual or sound cues:

--- SINGLE TRAINING ----

Simple visual and sound cues of 4 types: numbers, shapes, colors and placement of cones. You first configure the number of cones (up to 5) you want to work with, then the desired type of signals (possibility to mix them together).
Finally, you define how you want to work: freely, in a given time (with recovery time) or according to a number of repetitions.
You will also configure the time between each signal.

--- TRAINING COMPLEX ---
More complex cues such as additions, contradictory signals, a name of the colors appear on a background of different colors, a name of the color as a sound signal with a background of different color etc.

Many different programs and regular updates.

--- TRAINING ROAD ---

2 types of programs: "road" with a mandatory path to bypass the studs and end up at the starting position and another "order" with a defined order to touch the cones.
Configuration of 2 to 4 cones.

***** The cards to print *****
The files are available on our website to print our 5 color cards for free. Just print, laminate and tape around a plot and left for hours of training!
