Ridiculously slow app. Will send you 100 useless notifications in a day.

Split screen not available. Can’t use with other apps side by side, therefore facing difficulty with making notes while arching lecture. Provide easier download option for pdfs.

1.App is painstakingly slow to load PDFs and to Download them (Apple iPad). 2. There’s no option to annotate them either, one has to download in the app, then again save it locally to another note making app which is a colossal waste of time. 3.instead of merging pdfs into multiple classwise formats, upload a single merged pdf of the entire content (for both content classes,laws & writesmart) for ex , gs4 entire 20 lecs in a single pdf, entire 5 laws session in a single pdf, entire 4 writesmart in a separate yet single pdf. Please bring out an stable update for the app, addressing the above feedback.

App is getting crashed frequently plz resolve this

Repeatedly facing this issue even after contacting the helpdesk number

Please provide split screen facility such that it ensures simultaneous note making on iPad. Also Picture in Picture mode too is not available which does not encourage multi tasking. Please ensure to update these features. Rest assured the app and content is great
