فئات البرنامج بالولاء
التطبيق ممتاز وواضح وسهل لكن بالنسبة للفئات اكتشفت بعد ماوصلت للفئة اللي بعدها انه مافيه فرق بينهم ! ايش الفايدة من اني اعبي عند ساسكو بكل مره واجمع نقاط وولاء عشان اوصل مستوى اعلى وبالنهاية مافيه فرق؟

تجربة فاشلة
حملت تطبيق ساسكو لأن أحد الأصدقاء حدثني عنه وأن فيه نقاط تربح منها، وللأسف الشديد كانت تجربتي سيئة معهم حيث جاءني إشعار عرض اشحن ب 1000 ريال لتحصل على 3000 نقطة وفعلاً شحنت ولم أحصل على أي نقاط، قدمت شكوى على تواصل تطبيقهم وعلى الواتساب وبعد 12 ساعة أرسلوا إشعار آخر بنفس العرض وأضافوا فيه للعملاء الجدد ثم ردوا على الشكوى بأن العرض للجدد فقط ولم يتحملوا خطأ عرضهم ويعطوا النقاط بل عدلوا العرض. ثم طلبت من التطبيق استرداد مبلغ الشحن الذي مفروض أنه متاح في التطبيق ولكنهم تجاهلوا طلبي تماماً. الحمد لله انتهى الرصيد وانتهت تجربتي مع هذا التطبيق بانتهائه ، بل إني أعلن مقاطعتي لمحطات ساسكو تماماً لأنهم لم يحترموا حقوقي كعميل
تطبيق زي قلته
شركة مدرجة في سوق الأسهم ولا عارفين يسوون تطبيق. الإشعارات ما تفتح من التطبيق. وإذا جاء إشعار وضغطت عليه يحولك الموقع ، والموقع مايفتح الإشعارات وخدمة العملاء مايردون لا على اتصال ولا علي واتساب. شكلي بأحول على الدريس
