Satellite Taxis Cork

First the driver was running late , he took 22 minutes to arrive to pick me up. He claimed he was lost even though I entered the correct collection address and said the money was higher due to that . He ended up heading to the wrong location to drop me off and also claimed I provided the incorrect address even though I was tracking the journey with the same address on my phone. The driver was not an honest person and took advantage and over charged!! I would give 0 stars if it was possible

Terrible service,driver ignored sat Nat quickest route 3 times and route we know to be quickest to get more fare,a journey we take every week and cost us €10 more,when we questioned driver he pulled over and told us to leave the car but we refused leave. Absolutely disgusted with this service.

The base people from Pakistan aren’t very careful when giving out location. At times on the phone they hang out when I was complaining to them about theirs lack of attention. The drivers are nice hoever two of them never came to pick me up. Please respect your customers more.

Junaid from cork collected me and was polite friendly and car was clean. App is user friendly.

Got a great lift home with our driver. Super efficient and polite. Wouldn’t expect anything less from satalite cabs. DCS stood ye well 😂😂😂

Fix your app please it keeps crashing

Used App to get a taxi. Was not arriving so I rang. They never got the message..!!!! I am not happy.!
