This is a perfect app to calm down after a stressful day or fall asleep by following simple breathing instructions! I definitely recommend this to anyone! 😁

It’s very good but it’s too much money. Very expensive. Not sure if these money actually go to Art of Living.

No longer really free
There used to be quite a lot of free meditation sessions a year or 2 ago. Can’t find as many now. Shame. I did like it. Don’t use it enough to pay 45 quid. But I do like his relaxing voice and all his meditations. So in that sense it’s not expensive as it’s a good product. But what I don’t like is the change of what it once was. Advertised as giving free session. Years down the line there are no longer as many. :(. Correct me if I’m wrong. But don’t let that put you off. Try the free ones. They are good.
No reply to my emails regarding the iwatch
I have emailed the Sattva team twice. I know have a lifetime subscription and I still get the meditations locked on my iwatch and the pop up that I need Sattva premium. I am not happy at the lack of responsiveness and would like to meditate using my iwatch. I really love the app and the the meditations, which makes the situation even more frustrating, especially at a time where more meditating is needed.
Awful. Do not recommend for meditators.
I simply wanted something to record my meditation and give me a timer, so I dont have to check the watch. It gave me no alarms whatsoever when the timer expired. Moreover, I tried to che k at what point I was but the apple watch went back to the home page, and I had to click here and there to go back the app, interrupting my meditation and making me nervous. I strongly discourage anyone from using this app. If you want to learn to meditate, find a teacher amd do it properly. Otherwise, you might as well use the breathing apps. PS. I dont know if it’s the phone or the app, but I cannot see the text as I’m typing this review, so pardon any typis. #%^* app!!!HHi simply one
