Great app for all levels of meditators
I started using this app when I was a beginner and loved it then. I have now been meditating for many many years and still love it. It is a comprehensive app with all the Sanskrit chants, meditations and helpful knowledge in one place. I also love the feature where I can track my meditation minutes. It’s such an encouraging feature to meditate regularly. It also has pre-defined challenges which I found very useful.

Money making endeavour
Art of Living should offer this for free as many of us already pay hefty fees for their courses. It’s a shame that many meditations have a paywall. Not exactly the sign of a non-profit charity.

This is a perfect app to calm down after a stressful day or fall asleep by following simple breathing instructions! I definitely recommend this to anyone! 😁

It’s very good but it’s too much money. Very expensive. Not sure if these money actually go to Art of Living.

No longer really free
There used to be quite a lot of free meditation sessions a year or 2 ago. Can’t find as many now. Shame. I did like it. Don’t use it enough to pay 45 quid. But I do like his relaxing voice and all his meditations. So in that sense it’s not expensive as it’s a good product. But what I don’t like is the change of what it once was. Advertised as giving free session. Years down the line there are no longer as many. :(. Correct me if I’m wrong. But don’t let that put you off. Try the free ones. They are good.
