I understand nothing about this app. Can’t find where to switch to a language I can read.

So many glitches and error

Not to mention that the customer service also not the best, no one responded to the complaint. we ve tried many times uploading the foreign vaccine card to the website for the traveling purpose but all failed , kept asking for vaccine dose #2 when you’ve already filled out the application. Finally, I give up. If this app is the requirement to enter the Indonesia, how could we can get thru the airport if the app itself is failed. Please put more attention in this if it’s so important requirement to the visitor especially the foreigner. Just get your vaccine certification handy!

Horrible app

Has anyone been able to figure out this app? I put in my vaccination information and it tells me that it’s incorrect even though I have checked it 1 million times. Is there any way to reach out to Indonesia to see what the requirements are. How are they going to have an app that doesn’t work and is not user-friendly. Am I even going to be able to go to Indonesia after I spent thousands of dollars on my trip?

Cannot upload vaccine certificate

I cannot upload my foreign COVID-19 vaccine certificate even if I fill out all the details and attach the photo of my original certificate. It keeps saying that “complete Vaccine dose #2”

Not user friendly

There is no instructions on how upload your vaccination card and when change something on the app and click save, it doesn’t save it especially when I only read English. I have to use this app to enter a country and I’m i’m dreading using this app.

Horrible app

As a software engineer myself, I don’t know how the developer was able to make such a broken app. Please fire them and hire literally anyone else. This app is not usable and does not work and it’s insane this is an official government app.

No English version?

I can’t find the toggle to English. Tried to fill this out in Indonesian and my info was rejected. No help at all.

App didn’t work

I tried to update version Satu sehat but it didn’t work . Can you please help me because one of requirements to enter Indonesia otherwise airline won’t allow me check in. Terima kasih

Might be a scam?

I don’t think this a real app. It just takes your sensitive personal information and a photo of your passport and then stops working. Most of the options and the Chat help is in a language I can’t speak or read . Turns out we didn’t even need to show proof of vax to enter the country. Don’t fall for it .
