最低心拍数を89以上に設定したい
シンプルでとても使いやすいアプリです。 個人的には心拍数95で水風呂を出たいので、最低心拍数の設定の幅が広がればと思います。 水風呂の時だけアラートが鳴るようにできればありがたいです。

サウナで毎回重宝してます🧖♀️ いつも利用しているサウナの時計が見づらいので、時間と心拍数を管理できるアプリを探していたらこのアプリに出会いました！ 表示が見やすく目の悪い私でも使いやすいと感じました。 また、時間管理だけでなく自分のサウナを記録ができるところも良いと思いました。 サウナ中時間が経つにつれて心拍数が上がっていくのが見れて楽しいです🎶
心拍数と入浴時間が簡単に見られるのが良い！期待通りのアプリ！
無駄な機能がなく、使い易かったです。
