App issues and no one to reach out to?!

I have purchased a subscription that’s not supposed to end until august 8th and for some reason I have no access to any quizzes. It keeps telling me to purchase even though I already have. If this is the case am I able to get a full refund for the one month subscription since I am unable to get access please or should I just dispute it with my bank?

Navigation is a bit hard. I sometimes wanna study just specific topics, but search bar isn't allowing me. i have to scroll all the way down to find the topic I'm looking for which is time consuming
