Savespace: Knowledge Library

So far everything looks great — the UI is very minimal and functional. Importing things is very easy. One thing that drew me to Savespace is the simplicity, some apps in this category are overwhelming with capabilities, but this one is very straightforward. However, its biggest strength is also its biggest weakness. I cannot categorize or tag things I import. If I were to seriously use this, I would want some way of manually tagging things, and being able to view grouped items. Another issues is how difficult it is to know exactly what happens to the data being imported. After reviewing the Privacy Policy, I saw it is using ChatGPT, but I wish there was either an on-device mode or a more easily identifiable way of determining how the summary’s are being generated. Other than those two issues so far, this app looks like a very promising tool! I look forward to seeing it get better

There is no way to organize things. No folders, no tags, nothing. Of the two things I saved it would only load one of them. Don’t waste your time.

Easy to use, works well. So much better than phone notes or keeping tons of safari tabs open as reminders!

Absolutely love the concept. I’ve tried knowledge base bookmarking apps in the past and have found myself to become overwhelmed looking for the info I was after. Now, this is a very basic app. It’s likely the magic here is an OpenAI API call for a custom system message. Features. This app needs features. Looking very forward to where it goes from here. Iterate fast or someone else will take the concept and run away with it.

Really like the app so far. It’s very well designed and I like the summaries. I’ve been wanting a place to save content I come across that I can use for game development. Since this seems like a new app I had some suggestions that might make it better. Adding a collection/tag feature would be helpful so that I can group content together. Also having the ability to name the links whatever I want would be helpful. Good luck with the app 👍
