Very difficult to deposit and transfer fund.
Bad client service. Can’t withdrawal money
The client service is very very slow and no response for most requests. The withdrawal always delayed and very hard to get money back.

Good accessible platform using plain English. As a non-professional this is a great site to work with. And client service is very good indeed. Good for beginners - good for those more practiced or professional too. Recommended.
