There is no way to request cancellation- there is a chat bit, but no response when you have a question. VERY FRUSTRATING!

They won’t let me use my own saved photo even though I had to provide access to my photos. Why? Also they want a lot of personal information. Like bark box, not worth the time or money.

And sometimes it will not work. Also very clunky. Should be able to drag and drop as bow tie ends up on dogs ear.

1.Filters always appear left of center on face. I could only get the avocados to work. 2.Not enough filters: it only offers several Christmas, 1 New Year, 1 Happy Birthday. Where is Easter, Halloween, etc? It’s like the developers made the app during Christmas then gave up without working out the kinks. MOST IMPORTANTLY: WHY IS THE APP STORE STILL OFFERING THIS SUB-PAR APP ???

I tried to scan my dogs face.... nothing and that after stealing all of my information horrible app do not recommend.

EVERYTHING ABOUT BARK BOX IS EXCELLENT !!!

Of all the greeting card apps that I just looked up, this one is by far the best use of a smart phone. It can record you dog saying your voice or funny pre-recorded messages. There’s no account sign up and it’s free, but I’d pay for it!
