My friend’s kids loved this game. One of the kids has a language learning problem and had a terrific time playing and sounding out the words. Good stuff!

We have fun popping the balloons and then dressing Sam.
I use this every day
Reinforcement needs to be instant or extinction can take place. In my experiences with the app, the first color takes approx 10 secs for the app to register once the shapes are displayed. In that time, the child may have said the correct word but then moved on.
I am disappointed with the app when we would say one color it would not recognize our voice. at first I thought it was her iPad so we tried it on my phone and it still wouldn’t recognize our voice. We would say approximation because she is trying to learn how to say the colors she knows the colors just not correctly she has speech problems but even when I would try to say the colors correctly myself it still would pick a different color it would recognize my voice.
This is a fantastic app. This has helped my child who has apraxia so much!! He loves playing it! I have seen an improvement with his speech already.
I got the app for my 4 year old twins who both have apraxia. The app didn’t recognize colors they were saying (pea-nt for pink) and then would choose random colors (Every time I would say just say a color it would pop the brown). I think it would be great for younger, typically developing kiddos to practice color names.
