Poor UI design and lack of account insights makes me miss important financial tasks. Hard to use, even simple things as transferring between accounts.

Customers who live outside Norway needs to be able to login with their phone number not starting with +47

This app is not user friendly and does not have as many options. Why DNB had to change something that works to something so basic is beyond me. I will change bank!

It doesnt work if you live outside norway. You need to have a norwegian (+47) number to login

Den gamle appen fungerte perfekt, men nå går det ikke lenger an å logge inn i appen uten BankID. Dette er jo umulig for oss som bor utenlands uten norsk mobilnummer, og nå kan man ikke engang logge inn i nettbanken. Helt ubrukelig.

Hvorfor ikke ha den gamle appen. Flytter mest mulig vekk herfra. Og jeg var med fra dag 1.

Even though I’d love to speak Norwegian, learning Norwegian while doing my banking is not the way. Please add English support

You can do almost everything from the app, including mutual funds trading. Awesome!

Lack of english language support is absouletly nonsense

It works. It's a bank app, it's what it should do. But it is a bit booring honestly. Visually it gives you the information you need. I have some issues with how the backend functionality works, but that's not the app.
