Ok app that with some minor updates could be one of the best in the app store
The app as it is now is Ok and has some nice features. It is handicapped however by a big flaw as there is no option to select the G7 bullet profile commonly used in match ammo. Therefore the calculations are causing an overshoot at extended ranges. I overshot some targets in my last match as I had to guess how much of an impact the incorrect bullet profile would have on the balistics. As it turns out, more than I guestimated. The added features of the maps based ranging and the scope view and the math gor long range shooting section are nice and helpfull in the field. Bottom line, a decent app that could be perfect just by adding the bullet profiles as a variable into the calculations to make them usable with most match ammo loadings. ————————————————————— As a bonus tip to the devs, you could make this app truely one of the best in the app store if you also include a tab for digitally collecting dope.
