Charges double estimate fare
Pre booked a taxi for my husbands birthday over a week before for a 3 min journey to take my disabled mother and children home I was excited to see this local company and now could be one that we use more frequently and recommend to friends but we were estimated 7.60 then 10 minutes before the collection time the taxi driver called and told me it would cost £20 double the original estimate, I had no choice but to accept as there was no other way of my disabled mother getting home leaving her stranded. I’m very disappointed in the cost of a 3 min journey it would of been nice to have had a warning so I could of had the choice of making other arrangements unfortunately this has now made us hesitant to use your service for the future.
