SC Mobile Bahrain

I’m extremely disappointed with the SC Mobile app. It crashes constantly, making it almost unusable. The navigation is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Every time I try to access the rewards section, the app crashes, and I can’t even view the page properly. Even worse, there’s no easy way to go back to the home page when this happens. The overall experience is frustrating, and it feels like the app was not tested properly before being released. It seriously needs major improvements in stability, usability, and overall functionality.

App always get hanged and not able to use proper. initally i thought it was my phone issue.. when i changed to the phone also same issue.

Never used such a worst mobile banking application.

Best app ever

The application doesn’t help tracking transactions as it doesn’t reflect instant payments, purchases or actual balance.Even after doing any payments to credit cards it will still show wrong remaining balance values . The only problem that can make me close my account and credit card with this bank is the horrible app they have

Facing difficulties in selecting menu from new iOS version.

This app looks outdated… and features aren’t great.. please show some standard

The bank as a whole is so outdated. The app is very glitchy especially their rewards 360 tap. Not to mention it is almost impossible to track your transactions with the app. I honestly prefer the web version even on my phone as it is more functional It is just awful. They are not honest with their customers about future improvements as such applePay. Oh my their clueless customer serivce. I'm getting out of this bank!

Worst Application and not up to the mark.there are several banks with good mobile application.Standard Chartered still remains outdated & not user friendly.overall application value will be 2/10.
