Worst Banking App to Exist
How can a global bank’s app be this terrible? I use at least 4 other banking apps and none of them are as unintuitive and unnecessarily complicated as this garbage. Customer support both in person and on the phone don’t know what’s going on 9/10 times. Every small issue takes multiple visits and calls to resolve. Definitely closing my account, the Cathay card is 100% not worth having to put up with this garbage.
