Lemot, slow, and sometimes crashes beyond repair that I must reinstall it
This mobile app is one of the most difficult and inefficient mobile app to operate. The app is incredible sensitive to insignificant mistake such as not allowing to screen shot which then if happened, the app will lock you out and you would be unable to login for 10-15 minutes. It is not user friendly and the experience of using it is such a throw off.

Unfriendly apps
First of all, I really think it’s not safe to send an activated credit card to customer. All other credit card company need the customer confirmation to activate the credit card. It’s kinda basic actually, considering the risk of someone else received the card and try to use it without the customer knowing it. When I complain about it to your call center, your call center officer gave me such an “attitude” and become very disrespectful. I instantly requested him to deactivate my credit card and won’t use standard chartered credit card again in the future.
Bugs are everywhere.
