Dear Team, I am unable to use SC ios app to do the online transfers. Continue button never enabled so far. Kindly look into this bug. Thank you.

There have been serious challenges where the app crashes every week and cannot be used until temporary pin is generated which takes atleast 24 hours . So one is stuck in case of emergencies for transfer of money and transactions. It pretty sad for a bank like SC to have customer support which so so poor!!

It was really good but nowadays frequently crashing and id is locked automatically. Obtaining SC mobile key is hell lot of issues and no one responds call.

Everytime app will crash, lot of times facing this issues, I have checked with my colleagues as well, everyone facing the same, please try to give better stabilisation for the app.

Mobile key feature locked my account and don’t have any alternatives to unlock, need to visit sc branch or toll free number that never works and never connected. I’m wasting too much money to make support call.

Please change the developers and testers of this App

I installed the app. It always takes time to load the app. Please change the user interface. Whenever i tried to login, it will show a popup as client care error. Please login again.

Most of the time it doesn’t work if Face ID is enabled.. it says general exception occurred… After multiple retry it goes through.. such a irritating banking app ..

I am using this app on ios. It crashes everytime I try to approve any payment or payment request and then it fails the payment. Got really upset with this as I can’t use instant transfer feature like duit now n all. Can fix this ???

App is frequently crashing while doing chat with customer care . In Dark mode also, cant see customer care sent message. Unable to attach file while doing chat. Even sometimes iphone is getting shutdown while using SCB app. Please look-into the issues.
