The app very lag
The app UI / font so bad not friendly. Also very buggy. So lag… Also redemption section poor interface and super lagging and keep pop up error. My detail already there it keep show invalid. It cant proceed to next page.

Lousy App
Tried plenty of times to activate my digital credit card but it was keep failed and asked to try again later . Next i go to live agent to seek for help but it was another error, appears in unknown program code. Ok fine, i call to SC customer service centre and told that it might be technical issue, let me uninstall and reinstall again, if error still exist , screenshot and email to them and wait for 3-5days to be response. What the hell is this..... first time apply and use SC credit card , dont ever think of this is so Lousy and user unfriendly. Disappointed!
Full of bugs
The app doesn’t work. The frequently deposit list all messed, made wrong transfers that will take days to resolve now.
Confusing interface
The recent white color interface without any borders and contrast is such a pain to view, poor design, get yourself a proper designer please
Upgrade Option
There is no option to do online transfers because I cannot upgrade my OS. Shd allow to SMS Secure Code. I am stuck now and need to go out to buy a new mobile; ridiculous!!!!
Not impressed with “new” app
Ever since the new mobile app launched, it regularly crashes after Face ID verification and before landing at homepage. Pending and posted transactions can’t be easily identified. Customer Support team not well trained to assist customers.
Recent Major Update
Recent update for the app is welcoming, huge UI overhaul, much more pleasant to the eyes. However please bring back the credit card transaction status such as “posted” or “unposted”, otherwise it is very hard and confusing to track my credit card expenses.
Convenient but need to improve Malaysia is much better.
Can’t even use Face ID

Cannot access my account
I am using old apple iPhone which has only iOS 12. I tried to update and am not able to. I only want to access my account but the standard chartered app always want me to update. Standard chartered should take care of needs of clients who do not have latest iPhones
