Dear Developer, please make ios version of the new trading platform "Shoonya".

I’ll give 2 star due to timeout issue again and again, delay in getting logged in once get automatically logged out. Also not able to add money (payin)... pay out is working

Unable to add Nifty options in app or web. How to trade if they are not added. Chart settings and duration not working.

Seems like a Finvasia does not have a QA/Tester in their team for this app is full of bugs and is not at all user friendly. Some of the bugs are: 1. Adding/deleting stocks in watchlist needs you to press multiple times. Else if you are just clicking once it will shoot the stock to be deleted but it will still be there. 2. The add fund option does not work. You enter all the details and press the “Request” button and nothing happens. 3. The profile section is all cluttered, app is pathetically slow. The FInvasia per se in itself is a broker that needs lots of improvement in their service and their app is a testimony to that. I am very sure they will be eaten up by Zerodha or similar very soon.

Dear Developer, Kindly fix the issue of lagging response on iPhone with Scalpert. Also we cannot add funds through the app by pressing the ENTER REQUEST option.

I used portal to open account and upload everything. I got message that my credentials will be mailed to me. Neither mail come nor someone called me to inform any issue. Hence I approached again and surprised to know that my bank statement does not have logo. I was zapped as HDFC bank has their logo just above customer name. I repeatedly told all these but back office staff does not know how to read, hence I shared first page copy and logo as image to show them. It was a big fail as someone called me to tell that it is not there and I need to give the copy of cheque Absolutely pathetic experience and not educated staff that finvasia has, I will strongly discourage anyone who wants to open the account with them.

It’s not clean and cluttered, the UI is not intuitive and not friendly on mobile device ..compare with Zerodha and you will get idea what’s peers giving ..Thank you

There should be a feature both on web version and mobile application where we can filter stocks based on price, percentage high or low and also see the stocks by price Otherwise this app is pretty good.

It has a lot of bugs. How come you launch this scrap. People are transacting real money through it. The bugs include 1) when you create new watchlist you will be pressing 1000 times the cross symbol but it will not close. 2) Can’t find equity stocks or liquidbees. In watchlist only nfo can be added. 3) The app is freakin slow
