ยกเลิกการสมัครผ่านแอฟไปแล้ว แต่ยังมีการเรียกเก็บเงินเข้ามาตลอด รู้สึกไม่โอเคค่ะ แก้ไขด้วยนะคะ

แค่โหลดติดเครื่องไว้ไม่เคยใช้เลย ลืมไปแล้วด้วยซื้อ โดนหักเงิน 19 บาท แล้วก็โดนหักอีก 399 ยังไม่ได้สมัครอะไรเลย

ใช้งานดีมาก เข้าใจง่ายดีค่ะ เหมาะกับการทำงานเร่งด่วน
การเก็บค่าบริการท้้งที่ยกเลิกไปแล้ว
ยกเลิกไปแล้วยังมีการเรียกเก็บเงินอีกแย่มากๆครับ โดนเรียกเก็บเงินไป2รอบห่างกันไม่กี่วัน ทั้งที่กดยกเลิกไปแล้ว ขอเงินคืนด้วยครับ แอพไม่ได้ใช้งานเลย เสียความรู้สึกสุดๆ
หักเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต
อยู่ๆมาหักเงินในบัตรเครดิตไปเฉยเลย อยากจะยกเลิกด่วนเลย ตอนแรกบอก หักเงินไปแค่ 19 บาท อยู่ๆ มาหักไปอีก 399 บาท มันไม่ใช่เรื่องที่ต้องมาหัก เหมือนโดนโกงเลยตอนนี้
หักเงินอัตโนมัติ ทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้ใช้งาน
ทางแอพได้ทำการคืนเงินครบถ้วน
