Scandit SDK Showcase Reviews

GS1 parsing broken

DarrenMy on

Canada

Something in the last two weeks broke the GS1 application identifier parsing. The app no longer breaks out GTIN , Serial, Lot Number, Lot Expiry, etc like it used to. Since that was my primary use of this app the app is no longer functional for me.

From excellent to excrement

Freshsqueezed on

Canada

Does not show full results. No longer able to cut and paste. Web lookup removed. Unless an update fixes this, AVOID this app.

Can’t save out scanned barcodes

pocams on

Canada

App is useless. You can’t save the barcodes you scan.

What happened to Google search?

The.Stig on

Canada

Older version a scanned UPC could be searched using Google with one click. Now nothing, not even copy and paste is an option. Please put this functionality back! Otherwise scans quickly and accurately.

Worked right off the bat

This was second app I tried and it WORKS when the other didn’t. Highly recommend!

Worked where others failed.

Jasonh1234 on

No support for image upload though, so I’m deducting a star.

Excellent. Thank you!!

Paul in T.O. on

Excellent. Fast and accurate. Plus it really is free. No subscription needed. Google may not always have info on the scanned code, but that is certainly not the fault of SCANDIT.

Good app needs update for 14

Sleepcracker18287 on

Canada

I have a barcode that I can easily scan with front facing camera but not the back camera on 14 pro and 14 pro max. On 12 pro max front facing is the opposite, front facing is out of focus but rear camera works fine.

No export

Hungry_Myst on

Canada

Scans barcodes fine, but there’s no way to export the data. Copy and paste is blocked too.

Good app but need more detail.

NP9000 on

Canada

It’s a good app and scans everything but detail is limited, for example, it doesn’t specify if codes are 128 A, B, or C.
