Good morning, my name is Golnaz. I'm writing about an incident with this app. Due to an error I paid for the premium subscription. I automatically wrote on their Facebook page, but no one answered. I have not used the app yet. Also on its Facebook page several users have commented that the app does not work and that it is a scam. therefore, I would like to know if a refund of the price paid would be possible in addition to checking the presence of that app in the apple store. the subscription money is excessive especially for a university student like me.
