Scany is the Swiss army knife of apps for home, office, corporate LAN and Wi-Fi hotspot owners, network administrators, security specialists, developers and everyone who needs to diagnose and resolve network issues and easily do everyday network tasks.

Scany finds computers and devices connected to a LAN or Wi-Fi shows their names, addresses and manufacturers, and includes a wide set of network analysis tools, specially crafted to transcend existing analogs, including ping, trace, WHOIS, DNS lookup, port scanner and many more.

Interface sucks

Tiny print. Green, on green on more green. No option to change it. Really pretty in a sunny room on a shiny screen. Pure genius. Nice functionality, I think. Too bad it does not come with magnifying glass.

Needs landscape support

It works really well, except that it doesn’t work in landscape, which is hard when you’ve got an iPad with a hardware keyboard. **ETA: Picked up landscape support in October 2020, which fixed the only real issue I had with it. Thanks!!!

The interface is fluid é and very fluid! Very simple to work and yet, it provides the client with accurate and precise update reports; so you can make and smart and informed decision! It's simple for beginners and yet it's got a depth, a profundity that will get the geek, the trainer IT PROFESSIONAL will all king of experience and speak their language and become a 'don't leave Home tool without it'. Again, extremely good, dependable and fast to use! Highly recommend!
