Don’t install this app. It’s designed so you make a mistake, so they charge you the 10% late fee penalty. I almost fell in to the trap today. Typical government scam.

Every step was smooth and felt secure. If I had known this app has been available for years, I would have used it earlier. I wish other counties had the same thing.

As others pointed out, I also had difficulty locating my home address. That's after nearly 4 years after the release. Worse though, is the lack of basic accessibility.

Not set up to automatically run a bank draft or remind you about upcoming or missed property tax deadlines. Given their huge penalties and lack of forgiveness for late payment, it’s disappointing to see they haven’t put more effort into helping you pay timely.

Won’t accept my bank info for e-check

Wasted too much time trying to pay by echeck. Kept asking me to renter. Verified multiple times info I input was correct.

Downloaded. Entered banking and billing info 4 times. Rejected each time. User experience is worse than miserable: For routing and account number fields, developer should request iPhone number pad. Two tabs, for billing and payment, is not appropriate. Just collect the data on one screen. Further TELL THE USER WHAT’S WRONG and DON’T TOSS OUT ENTERED DATA. Could not pay the bill.

This app is terrible. Sant Clara county should be ashamed for being the hub of worldwide tech and then field this piece of crap.

Just want to pay with e-check, a blank page jumps out the address is MasterCard.com. It does some other random things like trying to send an email about instructions. I have no confidence in this app to process money.

Like the easy way is making payment for the tax bill. The user experience of the app is super weak! It’s like in the 90! Typing me email blindly as it is covered by the keyboard. Why the app does not have an option to remember the address and bank account details?
