Worst app! Not intuitive at all. Looks like it was develop in 1980’s.

This is the worst of them all. It worked for a couple of days and stopped. Won’t even connect to Wi-Fi or the machine anymore. I’ve tried everything possible like deleting and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work . Piece of thrash app

Can’t create account. Garbage.

This machine does not work with my WiFi I have tried 3 hours and it still doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do because if I send it back are you gonna do is give me credit what good is that don’t do me.

This app will not connect to Wi-Fi. Useless

Unit always show offline after a day or so and only way I can get it back is start all over.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP Will never connect, you’ll just be resetting your schedule every single time and spending your previous time rescheduling it. Tried to contact support and no one even replied, there’s over a week already.

Good luck with getting it to sync again if you have to redownload the app. It will never sync again! It won’t show how much oil is left in the canister, i can’t make it operate in app…. Needs major glitch fixes!

Difficult to get it to connect to WiFi. Got it to connect once after an hour of trying and then it disconnected and then tried to reconnect. You would think that it would have connected easier the second time since we don’t got it to connect once, but tried for over an hour again, but could NOT get it to reconnect again. So disappointed!

First hurdle - registering an account. I simply could not get a text message sent. I had to register via email. Once logged in, you cannot logout and log back in as it asks for your phone number. I did not find any place to enter my phone number. I did get logged out twice and both times had to reset my password to log back in. Second hurdle - connecting to wifi. I have both an iPhone and Android. On both phones I was able to connect via AP. To do this, I pressed and held the UP bottom until I heard the beeps. I then went to my Wifi and looked for my device name which was M50. Though the APP, I could now control my device. However, I had to be connected through AP. I could not get past the add a wifi on my iPhone, however, after setting up AP on my Android, the wifi mode worked and was able to add my wifi password and connect my device. Once it was setup, I tried opening the app in my iPhone but was logged out. At this point, I did not feel like resetting my password. Seems I will have to use my Android whenever I want to make changes which isn’t great as the iPhone is my primary device.
