UI is clean but customizability and scheduling need a lot of work
First of all, I don’t understand why intensity covers two parameters: frequency AND duration.
Intensity level 1, a 5 second diffusion that repeats every 4 minutes (240sec per manual), is way too overpowering for my bedroom. To bypass this, i figured i could set a bunch of schedules, so that an intensity level 1 (5 second diffusion) occurs every 15 or 30 minutes… nope. There is a limit of 5 schedules on the app. Frequency and duration of diffusion need to be two separate parameters, which could live under schedules time slots.
Example: 5 second diffusion to repeat once every 15 minutes from 4pm to 10pm. Eliminate intensity altogether, it’s ridiculous.
PLEASE make scheduling more customizable. This is a $200+ diffuser with serious software limitations. Now i only smell the fragrance for the first 10 minutes of each hour after i’m home from work until 9pm…
Frustrated
My diffuser is not working!!! I contacted the maker of this particular diffuser and followed their suggestion to delete and reinstall the app, but to my dismay, no diffusers of any sort are present to select now what?😡
Use to be better
They need to extensively upgrade this app. they got rid of some functions that were very beneficial such as how long you want the machine to pause between Scenting, etc. Also, my sent machine is not retaining the schedule that I have set for it so I don’t know if there’s a problem with my mini or if it’s the app just not functioning correctly
This app is a waste of time.
The developers of this app should be really embarrassed to publish a app that literally does not work. I’ve tried a few months ago and it hasn’t connected to my diffuser and I just tried again today and my diffuser does not show up while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both on. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it still won’t show up. Horrible.
Took away manual option
Since I have connected this to Bluetooth, I am no longer able to manually turn on the diffuser without the app. And even when I deleted the app I am no longer able to manually turn it on. It will not diffuse without the app and the app is not very user friendly.
App not working
Went to turn this on for the holiday and the app won't allow me to log in, keeps saying incorrect password but doesn't allow me to enter one or change it. Tried deleting the app and redownloading it and nothing works
ugly app, missing features
the diffusers that this app supports literally cost thousands of dollars, and this app looks like hot garbage. please invest in UI and UX improvements to this app.
generally, there are a number of ways this could be more appealing and less janky-looking. i would design it for free for you just so i didnt have to see this UI anymore.
it would also be well-served by adding features like a field for identifying and tracking which scent is in each unit.
we pay for premium diffusers and scents. please offer us a premium app experience.
No way to recover lost passwords

Worst App
The app doesn't work. I have 5 diffusers and the app no longer shows any of them for me to change the schedule or intensity. Without the app, the diffusers are really a waste of money.
Shocked at how bad it is
Like… legitimately shocked. Price point of products & the amount of ADVERTISING they do.. but they can’t afford even a DECENT app? My unit is Bluetooth & I can’t even set a schedule bc the app crashes and shuts down every 6.5 seconds. Customer service is horrible. Home diffusers make high pitched migraine inducing sounds. Car diffusers don’t work (I’ve tried two now). Oils are great but WILDLY over priced. What a genius concept with horrible & scammy execution.
