Won’t load stuck

My app didn’t work for a whole week. It doesn’t work half of the time. Most of the time it doesn’t load and send me my notifications super late. Then it says I have a bunch of unfinished task and it neglected to send me most of my task. My advice is don’t waste you time with this app

It would be nice if some of the photos would be of updated products.

I have tried to delete, reinstall at least 5 times and I cannot it the app to go past setting up my account.

I’ve been trying since the all came out but all it does is saying it’s trying to connect and never loads. So disappointing.

I have spent many hours waiting for the app to work and all it does is spin. I bet it would be nice to use if it actually worked

I am not able to email anyone through the app.

App just spins. Tried downloading and deleting several times to see if it would work and still doesn’t work.

same as everyone else. it never actually connects. hoping someone’s working on a fix?? i’m not about to call customer support to troubleshoot when this is obviously an issue affecting many consultants.

Have downloaded and signed in many times. Have deleted app, restarted phone, re downloaded/signed in. Still sits on the loading screen saying it will take a few minutes but never gets past that. Have reached out to support- was told to do all of these things, gave info on my phone, version, browser etc. was told to keep trying- to no avail. No update on what’s being done to my support ticket that was left open.
