Worsened significantly
This app has gotten worse since I first started using it. Search doesn’t work as well, for example searching for ‘Ben & Jerry’s’ yielded unrelated results. Additionally, Nutritional data is outdated on a lot of products as well (eg: a takeout item that was 580 kcal is now 640 kcal, this is not reflected in the app). While it’s not a big deal and I manually adjust the info, it’s left me second guessing the reliability of this app

Before it was wonderful app, you could find everything But now you can’t find basic products

Data driven approach to weight loss!
Brilliant app. I use it to help me reach my weight goal. Based on your goals and current weight and height it sets how many calories a day you can consume. The app then helps you understand the amount of calories you intake for every single meal to keep track of hitting your goal. When entering food into the app I have gained tremendous insights as well, which in turn has changed my habits. Only recommendation would be for the app to show “suggested results” when searching for a food item. Other than that, for me this is a brilliant app to keep me on the right side of healthy living.
