Wont let me use the app
Everytime I try to open the app it’s a white blank screen and nothing else will pop up. I’ve tried several times to delete and redownload and it’s always the same outcome.
Description
This app is for customers of ScheduleSource TeamWork. Your organization must have a current account and release 2023.1 or greater, to enable access. The app provides users (employees) of the “Employee Portal” with the following functions (subject to the organization’s configuration):
Shift Functions
See their current, future and past shifts.
Add and remove their future shifts to the Swapboard.
Split and merge their shifts.
View other employees’ schedules and contact.
Swapboard Functions
See available shifts, either shifts with no other employee assigned or ones posted by other employees.
Validate available shifts against their employer’s scheduling rules to see if the shift can be claimed by them.
Leave Functions
View their current, future and past leave requests.
Add, cancel or delete their leave requests.
Notifications
Receive app notifications on their device when shifts become available, one of their shift changes or when one of their leave requests’ statuses is changed.
Profile
View and edit their personal information.
Change their password.

Needs Support for ios18
Doesn’t support ios18 or work on new iPhone 16 models.
App is Bricked (blank white screenonly)
Guys, with the latest update, you have completely brick the app. We don’t see anything in the app once we open, except for blank white screen.

Server key
I struggled with this for about 15 minutes and then read it again. The server key is TW. Yep that’s right type in TW
App does not match the website
The app doesn't match the website at all. Because of that, the app it's useless. The app or the website MUST match the other. Otherwise, what's the point of having a website and an app that doesn't look the same at all! Disappointing!
Not getting swap-board notifications
I am not getting notifications about shifts being posted on the swap board. Just when I post a shift or someone directs the shifts to me is when I get notification, but when general shifts are posted to the group I am not getting notification
Notifications suddenly stopped working on some devices
Notifications on my device suddenly stopped last week
Notifications turning off
The notifications in the App turn off automatically from time to time .
