Great idea. Doesn’t work.
Update 20.3.21 Network error timeout. Again. Has been spinning all morning. Update 9.3.23 network error again Update 7.3.23 Failing again. Network error. Seems to be a regular occurrence among our group of parents. Original review: As parents we have no choice but to use this app once our school has decided to use it for all school communication. It’s a great idea but so many times the app fails. I get a network error and the spinning daisy wheel for days on end. The only solution seems to be to uninstall and reinstall. Frankly that isn’t even a workaround never mind a solution. In the meantime we may be missing time critical information from the school, which uses no other form of communication with parents. It happens repeatedly. Even more infuriating is that there is no way to contact the developers to offer evidence or seek help except by filling in a review here! The website is all about sales. Support is all for the school not app users. It just adds insult to injury. Please can you do something to either assist or fix the problem. Happy to help with that if I can. Thanks.
