The app is poor and has made managing bookings and schooling a major hassle. The app provides zero feedback so requires constant maintenance and upkeep to ensure booking a etc. are made. Integration with tax free accounts is a pain! The voucher payment method is clunky and just adds more layers of complications.

The notifications don’t work, confirmed with multiple parents.

I’ve reinstalled the app and still not seeing the messages from school.

The app doesn’t load, it can’t find schools because it keeps erroring. Worst school app ever invented, dojo is the best

I don’t know how schools can think using this piece of trash is a good idea. It can never open attachments on an iPhone and now won’t load at all when I’m supposed to be booking parents evening!

More of a request but when you click on change school it logs you out without a prompt. This means I need to know my username and password but they are my other half’s so no idea. Now I can’t book the breakfast club. Please sort this out

Not a good app. Hasn’t worked for a week now and been told had to use to communicate with the school.

Constantly logs you out, no way of replying to messages. Absolutely rubbish. Hope it’s free for schools because if it’s coming out of already stretched school budgets it’s bad use of funds.

This has caused untold problems since our school adopted it. There appears to be no way to communicate with the school to clarify their issued messages, the booking system is cluttered with dozens of options and no way to refine it to just the relevant ones, and the smug way it tells you “you’re all done, have a coffee” at the useless dashboard page is infuriating. It may be that way out school is using it but this seems to have taken their poor communication habits and systematised them into an app. Argh!

Just wrote a long review and it timed out. Basically the app is crap and no one cares about how easy it is to use. I’ve asked to provide feedback so will see of the developers answer my email. I feel sorry for parents who are forced to use this app. It’s just crap.
