The only thing worse than the app is the bluefire borescope that’s supposed to work with it. I had it hooked up and working easy. Then it just quit. No amount of charging, rebooting, reinstalling can bring it back. The same dev releasing the app with 5 different looking gui skins indicates that this whole operation is a scam and should b removed from the App Store and Amazon

Bought it a year ago, worked with difficultly once, tried to use it again and could not get it connect or pair with iPad or WiFi…just a blank screen. Total waste of time and money!

I tried to use this app with my BlueFire that’s been sitting for a year. I couldn’t figure out how to get ít to work, or even if it was the right application. It always showed a black picture. Today I found the manual online. I learned this was the right app, and the “volume”control (above the power switch) was for brightness. I turned on the BlueFire, changed the WiFi setting to Jetion_???, ran the app, and fiddled with the brightness control. Presto! It worked! I could now see the junk that was clogging up my garbage disposal’s pipe.

Works good for me to see the vid from a BlueFire scope. The only thing missing is a flash or blink when a picture is taken, to indicate success.

Camera worked for two years then yesterday after using it for maybe 45 minutes with no problems, the screen froze on my iPhone. I tapped on the settings screen, it then went to black with a red “U” on screen (witch will rotate around the screen if rotate button is pushed.) The camera LED will illuminate, it will take a picture and record but shows a black screen. I rebooted the device reconnected the wifi and rebooted the app—nothing. I reloaded the app, loaded other apps from same developer and still nothing. There doesn’t seem to be any info to troubleshoot the problem, some have posted comments saying the camera will never work again. I went to the App Support link which was useless because of the language barrier and no way to run my translator to make contact. I purchased the camera from Amazon which was not cheap, and will submit a complaint there as well. After several hours of not completing my project and trying to figure out what’s wrong with the camera, I’ve concluded it’s just another waste of money rip off from Asia🤯

Installation and set up was easy. Intuitive. Good pics and video.

Your directions are terrible and you cannot get connection to WiFi using them. You do not have to have 4 words for everything and Jens Iphone doesn’t turn into mans iphone !
