The customer service is terrible. I subscribed to the pro option and the app would not let me do anything. Telling me I needed to upgrade to pro and when I tried to do it again it told me I was already subscribed to pro. Tried contacting support for several weeks and heard nothing. Once I got a response through their chat but it didn’t help. It’s great app but don’t waste your money trying to get more options. They clearly don’t care about the customer.
I’ve paid the $20 for the year and it’s not allowing me to view other players it’s still saying upgrade but I have my receipt of purchase
Still the absolute best for running cornhole tournaments and leagues. Live scoring on tablets, dashboards on TVs, player notifications, etc. keeps everything running smoothly. Long gone are the days of having to manually input games/scores. Once a game is finished, players hit submit and the next game pops up and is ready to go. The Scoreholio team's support is miles ahead of any company across any industry and their willingness to listen to their players and organizers on feature requests is exceptional. Truly an app "By the people, for the people".
Had a pop-up that leads you to “activate” your account and take your credit card for a scam site.
The map feature to find tournaments works maybe half of the time. Very frustrating. Even adding in the city and zip code is worthless. The app is useless.

Just received the notice the rate is going up $10 per year. That is a steep increase for an app that we don’t need often. Pure greed by the owner/developer.
Scoreholio app is horrible. The ads are non-stop and the x is hidden so you can’t close them out.
Ben and team are amazing. Such an easy and user friendly app. The support group are always there to help when you are running a tournament/league and have a question.
“EVERY SINGLE TIME” someone invites me to a Private Tournament I can’t access it. When I click on the tournament it takes me to the App Store and then to the App but the Private Tournament is NEVER available or visible on my screen….this is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING because then I have to inconvenience whoever is running the Private Tournament to Manually enter my name into the Tournament. I have logged out & back in but it didn’t fix the problem. This has been going on for the past Year! If anyone can PLEASE, PLEASE Help me with this issue it would be “GREATLY APPRECIATED!!” 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
