For a company of this size, a simple banking app shouldn’t have so many flaws. Shouldn’t be so buggy. Shouldn’t lack basic features. A person with average coding skills. Can do a better job. Years now this “online” banking support from Scotia TT. Has been an inconvenience for payments. Transfers. Etc. Far too long thousands of people have been leaving bad reviews and still no improvements.

Since your last update I can’t transfer to anyone - scotia or non scotia customers. So frustrating!!!

The app does not work. It continuously takes you to a webpage that requires you to download the app. Again and again and again! So frustrating! FIX! YOUR! APP! You can’t refuse to do over the counter business and demand customers to use your app when it doesn’t work and there it no customer service department to help. This is offensively terrible business management!

It’s too many bugs. From the app signing you out or force closing after a transaction to not being able to access certain features without the app force closing. Please get it together.

I haven’t been able to log in it keep saying that it is unable to complete my request

I have a fully activated debit USD card with Scotia and whenever I click the transfer tab it is telling me I do not have and eligible account. Why is this so?

The app crashes while adding a new recipient for a transfer and after a few attempts it doesn’t let you add more recipients for 24 hours. Ridiculous for a mobile app in 2023. It makes the account unusable.

Phone notifications suddenly stopped despite being enabled

The app is fine but it would be better if they add more features on it , like the banco popular app that has código cash, you can generate a code to take money out of the ATM without using your DBT card or for a friend of yours that doesn’t have Scotiabank, knowing sending him money that will take a couple of days to be received .

Good day, I have noticed that this app has an issue where it’s glitching or it has a spyware or virus. I say this Be Because whenever you try to sign in, the app don’t sign in, then at times the app would allow you to sign in then immediately cut out or sign out, you would have to go through this process sometimes at least two or three times before you sign in successfully. Please address this issue ASAP. It gives the person thoughts that their accounts are being compromised or hacked. The app was working fine until this started to happen. Please correct same.
