First time booking a train in Scotland and it was so easy and straightforward. Thank you!

First time booking trains in Scotland. App and website were easy to navigate. Almost too many choices! Was a little confusing, but if you’re booking online, you’ll also be able to research any questions you might have, if not answered in the site or app.

Long time visitor to Scotland from North America, this app is by far the easiest one I have used in all my travels for ground transportation. It even gives Uber a run for its money.

I found each change and detail access intuitive and logical with good info to make any and all decisions.

I’ve been use mTicket since Feb 2024, (touch wood) it’s easy to use and reliable. However, I felt let down when I first experienced cancellation and delay and needed to raise delay repay - the journey doesn’t cover mTicket nor flexipass. Please keep up the good work and fix that asap. Or else, I might move back to Smartcard or even paper ticket!

Seriously good app. I looked because the ticket office que was round the corner. Fast download over data , register and purchase to about 2 minutes and I was on the train. Top class👍😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Since the last update it’s impossible to buy tickets through the app. I keep receiving error messages despite deleting the app and reinstalling it, developers fix it please

The features of the new update are great but the app no longer allows ticket purchasing and just presents an error message rendering the main reason I use the app unusable. May as well use trainline instead

App keeps crashing, I can’t buy tickets.
