The new Scotsdales App is exclusively for use by our Loyalty Customers to enhance your shopping experience. Not a member yet? Pop instore or sign up online. Download the app and log in with your Privilege Card number. You can then scan products around the Centre to add them to your basket as you shop with us.
Once you’ve finished shopping, just head to the till and show the app to the cashier who will process your payment. You’ll save time and know your total before you reach the till.
We’re excited to be able to launch this new app for our Loyalty Customers, helping save you time and surprises, and look forward to seeing you in store.

Useful app but Apple Wallet link doesn’t work for me on iOS
Much more useful than a physical card however the link to add my card into my Apple Wallet doesn’t work. Since the last app update was a year ago, perhaps something to do with iOS 18?
App not good
Can’t add the scan code to Apple Wallet because, it states: the code is not valid.
Super Scotsdale garden centre
Found Scotsdale at Shefford about 40 miles from us but we went there for a change . My daughter is wheelchair bound but a great idea in cafe so you can reserve and go and get food and drinks . Wonderful place to shop it has everything you need for house and garden . Love all the lights . Good loyalty card . Disabled toilet quite small if the carer has to get in to help . But that was the only issue . Love love love
Where is ‘Search’?
I am trying to find what lawnmowers are sold at Scotsdales Shelford, but all I get are lawn products, NOT lawnmowers!

Server error?
Every single time I use the app, it refuses my password. Have re set password, and it works online- app. Nope. Hopeless.
Lovely lady
Came to Scottsdale's at Shelford today & must comment on the friendly cashier it was one of those “I have picked the wrong queue “moments as the cashier had a couple of questioning customers in front. She then served us with such a friendly attitude & helped me to find my loyalty card scan on my phone thank you to the lady with the longest hair platt. You made us smile
Online ordering
I recently bought a number of items online but the purchase was not added to my account and therefore I didn’t receive any points associated with my purchase. I am not sure if this is usual but it would put me off ordering this way in future.
