Great improvements
The new app was clunky to begin with but the Scout team listened to our feedback and added in features we wanted. My fave is you can create a calendar event with one click in the app.
Clunky user experience
Really frustrating you can’t cancel classes from the app! Also using the Ribbon website/ app makes it difficult to see what you’ve booked into.
