SCRAMnet Mobile Reviews

Horrible app.

Prob-OFC on

United States

This app is absolutely terrible to use. There is no pursuit mode. You have to constantly bounce back and forth to get a single task done with a single offender. The location, vibrate, and audible commands fail to send >95% of the time you attempt to send them. The failure in this app forces the user to have to remain within close reach of a computer with secure internet access to use the desktop version.

Thanks for the update

Thank you for the current update. It now works on iPad Pro 2020 model and iPhone 12 Pro.

Unresponsive

Every time I log on it redirects to oops controller. Doesn’t work

Issues

Can’t even get logged into the app. Get an error every time. I’m assuming it’s due to the app not being updated for a long time.

Much appreciated

I enjoy the app very much. It very conscientious & is handy if you have a lot of clients on different systems. The only thing I wish it had was pursuit mode for gps.

Terrible App

shf joe on

United States

This is probably the worst GPS tracking app I have ever used. This one gives you no live tracking information, it’s slow, not very user friendly and is very limited. If you count on a phone app to track your offenders you should probably go with a different company!
