I paid for this app and it didn’t work, I need a refund

What Free Trial?

Very misleading to have a “Free Trial” button when I could find no such thing. Ended up paying £19.99 for a useless App that didn’t work with NO free trial. Wish I’d read others’ reviews first.

I soon as I purchased the app i emailed them and told them that its not compatible with my TV and please refund my money. I have a copy of all the emails sent. No one got back to me yet. Awful. Refund my money.

It rubbish and in order to work will record everything on your screen. You cannot watch anything other than youtube

There is supposed to be a free 3 day trial, but there’s not. Took my money and the app is useless for what I wanted it for. If I could leave and minus star rating I would. I contacted their ’help’ team but no reply. What a waste of money.
