This is shockingly bad. I know people like to get advertisement in there when you are using the free service but this is a joke. It literally comes up every two photos you click on- on your phone- and asks you to subscribe for the ridiculous price that it is. Deleting shortly once I see this review is up.
This app is an utter waste of time and can’t find a single TV in the house! I’d even go as far as saying the company doesn’t offer a free trial as part of their strategy, because if they did, nobody would ever subscribe after seeing how useless it is! So you download the app in good faith, pay £20 for the year, and then spend hours trying to connect to your TV and reading all the troubleshooting guided with no avail. When you request a refund because the app doesn’t do what is advertised, it’s ignored and you don’t get a penny back. That to me is nothing more than a scam, plain and simple. And just for context, there are 4 televisions in the house, and this app won’t detect any of them, even when all instructions are followed to the letter. Save your hard earned money, because that’s all this company is bothered about conning out of you. I’d rate this at -5 stars if I could. Utter garbage.
Downloaded this but it failed miserably to connect to my TV so not really something that is universal. By all means check it out but don’t forget to cancel the subscription after the trial, like I did 🙄
No free trial. Doesn’t find my Samsung TV. No reponse to request for help. Not happy.
