Cannot stop renewal?
I’d stopped using these apps for many years, but still charged me on Dec 2023, please tell me how to stop it and refund?

If you decide you need to proactively manage your children's’ screen time on iPhone or iPad, our Premium version of our app gives parents greater control over their kids’ devices. With Screen Time Premium, you can:
▪ Set a specific daily time limit for your kids’ screen time
▪ Set schedules of when they can and can’t use their device
▪ Instantly pause your kids’ devices at the push of a button
▪ Block certain app activity during bedtime
▪ See exactly where your children are with GPS phone location tracking
▪ Get an alert when your child arrives or leaves a specific location
▪ Receive a daily email summary of your kids app and web usage
▪ Set tasks and chores for your kids to complete, allowing them to earn additional screen time when they’re done
▪ Use Free Play mode to temporarily override time limit settings, like during long trips
▪ Share app management with other adults in your kids’ lives

This is a trash app that make the my phone very messy. The only way to delete this trash app is go to setting to delete it.

I never even delete my apps and they just disappear,FIX THE ISSUE
Such a spam
It blocked my child’s phone apps, and when I tried to retrieve them, all the apps arrangement and files are gone! And now when I am trying to delete the app. I just can’t!!!!

Device admin auto off
Why the Device Administration feature would be disabled on the device automatically? Can anyone help to explain and how to fix the issue pls?
Kids say no! Big kids say Yeah! :)
My daughter recently told me that this app is hopeless. It only scores 1 Star. Hahahahaha That’s because it works and kids hate it Us big kids love it :) Well done Screen Time. There is some hope for the future of mankind.
Bad app
When my mum didn’t block me, the app would just block me with no reason. I tried to recover my apps but it just wouldn’t work. After restarting my phone, it would still block me. This is definitely not a good app.
