Scriptic: Crime Stories

I don’t know if it’s my phone or game but it’s stuck on episode 5 after downloading the 122 MB. After that it felt a dark screen with nothing popping out.

24 year old from US, The game has change the stories and no way to get back the stories one pay for, I did the restore purchases but now you have to use “coins and gems” where are my seasons? Why take them from me I have receipts!

What happened to Gods Town it just stopped mid story I’ve been waiting for the update since October… did they abandon it?

I liked it but there was no sound I even turned up my volume but still no sound, and the sound you turn on that doesn’t even work.

Gets stuck. They keep updating the game and you have to start the chapter over. I’ve had to do the same chapter 3 times now. I wish they would allow you to skip wait times for tasks when they force your to restart.

Where is the rest of God’s Town??? It just ended mid story! I have no clue what is going on!

NEW UPDATE AS OF 10/15/24: I’ve been playing this app when it was still just “Deadman’s Phone”, and it as riveting as it was back then, it’s even more so now. I know for awhile Scriptic just had what’s now “Redman”, “Unmasked”, and a few other mini-series. But lately I’m really loving all of the effort the developers are putting in to produce new content for users - and for practically free, with no wait time at that! It’s been a blast having this distraction from an otherwise difficult time in my life… I originally loved (and always will) the full-length series where you’re working as detective throughout several episodes. It makes the immersive content and the actors seem much more interesting, given your prolonged experience chatting with them. Unlike in many other immersive game experiences, you can actually chat on the phone with them too… most other games offer the option of a call, but without the user being able to respond until after the call ends. The judge episodes were hilarious to play through, and I really enjoyed the hostage negotiator series, too. It was fun to go back and have the option of choosing the most moronic choices, lol - I appreciate the sense of humour in that! Strange Waters (I believe was the name?) was interesting, not my fave, but not bad at all. Then I REALLY enjoyed having a new episode to play and solve each week with the “Urgent Cases.” You don’t always get the suspect on the first try - you genuinely need to try to keep in mind what evidence you have, the personality of the suspect you’re dealing with, etc. It’s interesting too how sometimes the line is blurred and things aren’t always so black and white (for instance, the case with the heavy metal singer falling/being shoved out a window, a well-respected career long officer who is “one of your own”, mistreatment of immigrants, and so on). Often in these cases you get to choose whether you sometimes let a “guilty” person go (because you understand the situation isn’t so cut and dry) or sometimes, a truly guilty person may go free because well, life’s just unfair. Now that you guys have come out with this new creepy cult podcast series “God’s Town”, I look forward to every Wednesday! I have no idea why it’s only rated at a 4.5, given all the effort put in, the lack of ads, lack of money charged. If you guys needed to charge a monthly flat rate subscription fee I’d have no problem paying it, as long as you keep putting out such exciting new content! Thank you,

im kinda bored of this app now, just short side stories that are text message only and no more premium series like dead mans phone. Plus they use a lot of AI photos for them so 🤢

I loved the netflix version so i had to play more! But then i realized that yall r using ai pictures which ruins the whole game!! Like just use free stock images or something smh
