Since the first iPad pro came out I was hopping that an 3D sculpting app would come out, while trying out pretty much everything related on app store, eventually gave up, they were buggy, not have the right tools or the interface for this type of work. A few weeks ago I went and did another search, and found this wonderful app, it’s like the developer took a hard look at what was not working and improve on virtual every category. The app works well, really well. Congratulations to the developer, you did a superb job!
Cool features, wicked slow and glitchy
I looked into this app before downloading and I was told it’s very intuitive to use which accurate. I can make some seriously cool stuff with this app and for that I love it. However, it regularly freezes and shuts itself down. Great app to have, not worth the price
Screen freezing
Every time I use the app and sculpt with my pen, the screen freezes and I have to get out of it and it undos my progress.
Please fix
I love this app but there is no support and this app seems to get worse. I love using it but I can no longer export my files
No Documentation…ANYWHERE
While the software seems responsive, for a complete noob it’s pretty useless without at least a little guidance. I have searched the Internet multiple times and asked on their Discord (without any response) about tutorials. NO tutorials apparently exist, just some fast videos showing people making things but not explaining the tools or how they are doing what they are doing. At least Nomad has a bunch of tutorials all over the internet.
Unfinished? Very buggy
I am very disappointed. I purchased this app expecting a finished product. Instead I wasted hours and even purchased a new iPad partially in hopes that it would work. I contacted the developer, and while they were very nice and seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issues, I still get a magenta screen of death every time I try to switch tools. I do not recommend this app. Perhaps it will be usable when the bugs are resolved.
Not as good as it seemed
Thought this might be simple of enough to use. Too simple really not much for tools and no way to learn how to use it. Trial and error interface! No tutorials whatsoever just some speed paints. Sorry I WASTED 10 bucks. Should have gone with nomad. Now I have to cough up $15 more instead of just $5 if I kept on scrolling.
Great app…until
I rotated the camera and became stuck inside my model. 3 hours of sculpting gone.
Meh
Great potential, but almost no documentation. Developer mostly treats this as a personal project and doesn’t appear to support users in any way.
Incredibly laggy
App is incredibly laggy, crashes very often. Sometimes when I try and undo things, is undos more than i want it to also. The app itself is pretty good for sculpting and 3d modeling, but the lag and crashing makes it almost unuseable.
