I always felt so lost attempting to lift weights and the gym and this app has given me to much confidence! I love the variety in the programs. You can be a novice, just starting out, or an experienced lifter. They’ve put together the programs thoughtfully, and I love that new programs are released monthly. It’s made it so much easier to stick to than any other workout program I’ve tried before. It’s adaptable too, I can do the workouts at the gym or at home with minimal equipment if I need. I 100% recommend using SDE Method, I even got my husband signed up and using it.
What I love about this app is the availability of strength programs. I love this life is unpredictable and my non negotiable is to do something for myself and that is so something physical. This app has a running program, 4 day or 5 day program and workouts to do anywhere. It’s created by real people who have families and they practice what they preach. This is the only program I’ve been able to stick with for more than 2 years. It’s a must try!
I've been following Josh and Alessandra since 2019. I've done their training programs, online coaching, and now the SDE app. Each time I need motivation or help with programming I find myself coming back to their work because it is sustainable and I get amazing results that last every time. The app itself has been worth every penny. You have access to multiple training programs that are updated every month and the ability to switch between them any time if you need to adjust your training days. I love that they've included so many resources to make your life better overall. I'm currently making my way through the book recommendations and have not been disappointed. Definitely worth trying it out for a few months to see for yourself 💪🏼💪🏼
