Bad Customer Services with Apps Error
The worst customer service: They make things difficult for customers, even after being informed that the service worked fine in older versions of the app. Yet, they still ask for the company registration number, even though they likely already have all the necessary documents but are too lazy to check.

Used to be able to view preowned cars, now i can’t find the features

I can't use this app via iphone
Great Support from Haniza
The app itself seems to have some hiccups such as unable to logout despite executed multiple times, vehicle not shown at times, and for some reason my vehicle got transferred to another family member account and mine became alternate driver which shouldn’t be because it was registered under my name and mobile 🤷♂️ Thumbs up for Haniza (Live Chat Support) assisting me promptly to correct it. Wonderful, efficient and friendly support from her. 👍

OTP does not work
Thought MCO can try this out. Created sign in and put in phone number. No OTP sms. Pressed resend still same after a long wait, no sms. Tried a few more times said device blocked for suspicious activity. Come on, make sure your sms portal works can? The app is same like the car, many problems.
