Unfortunately some of the recent updates have made the user interface even more challenging and less useful. The rankings don’t display the latest, and there is no indication of what date the report ran so you have to try several dates until you finally find one with rankings. It’s not correctly picking up the information from the main account so trying to work across the web side and native app is a mess.
I did the three day free trial and tried to cancel within an hour of downloading, but they just charged me $180. I filed a complaint but it hasn’t been dealt with yet. As a small business owner I’d recommend to anyone to stay away from this company and product!

So with our any consent or notification they charged my card this morning. I was not made aware of. Free trial so I thought the app was free. I’m going to dispute the charges with my bank. I have already cancelled.
Using it for few weeks. Good report updates and pretty quality service.
Can’t creat an account because I get the message “The length for project name should be 1..255.” So I can’t do anything.
Hello. 03/20/2020. They charge me after cancelation. When I call (1-415-704-4387) to stop and return charge after cancelation - they just simply block my number. Not possible to login after cancelation. Now going to make it in long way - call to credit card, open a dispute, make note for Better Business Bureau. Application works good. Cancelation is difficult, like always.
I can not even sign up. I get bugs. First I subscribed and it wouldn’t move forward to the next screen. Then I set the parameters to create an account then it tells me it cant find a search engine. Took me 10 minutes of trying.... too much
