Good app but issues with payment

I like the app and the layout, but twice now I’ve had issues regarding billing. It’s like the app doesn’t recognize my payment through AppStore or something. Hopefully support will respond as quickly as they did last time.

I love the app on my iPad and the ability to download videos for offline use. However, I’ve noticed some videos are automatically deleted. Nothing I’ve seen indicates this is expected behavior. Assuming it a bug.

App won’t load
