Ich hatte kurz vor dem Abflug mein Gebot erhöhen wollen - die App zeigte nur noch die Meldung „404“ an. Daher habe ich dann wegen wenigen Euros verloren… Der SeatBoost-Kollege am Gate wies mich dann freundlich darauf hin, dass genau an dem Abflugtag ein Update herausgekommen wäre für die App, welches ich hätte installieren müssen. - mein initiales Gebot am Vorabend hatte normal funktioniert. Zum Abschied sagte er noch „viel Glück beim nächsten mal“ …

Haben spontan ein Upgrade erstanden - bester Start in den Urlaub mit dieser App
Unterirdisch
Verarschung pur, wenn man auf ein Upgrade bietet, zum Schluss hin permanent an der App hängt um der Höchstbietende zu sein, dann aber - ups- gar kein Upgrade verfügbar ist. Wäre schön, wenn einem das Direkt angezeigt werden würde, bevor man seine Lebenszeit verschwendet.
Not working
The developer deleted my last recession. I tried the app already twice. Was not working… I had the highest bit… End of auction: sorry no seats available. I went to flight counter and guess what ? Seats in business class available and I booked them. They just collected my data’s.
Intransparent
Wir haben auf 2 Plätze der Businessclass geboten und hätten die Auktion gewonnen. Am Ende der Auktion wurde uns gesagt das kein Upgrade zustande kommt, da keine Plätze zur Verfügung standen. Wofür habe ich dann geboten? Sehr ungeschickt gemacht.
Sperrig
Hätte die App gerne, wie von Condor beworben, mal probiert. Der mysteriöse 6-stellige alphanumerische Buchungscode der hierfür benötigt wird steht jedoch weder auf der Boardkarte des Wallets, noch in irgendwelchen anderen Unterlagen. Ich musste via Buchungsnummer nochmal in den Online Check-In, um die gewünschte Nummer angezeigt zu bekommen. Herrlich unkompliziert, oder? Nun zur Auktion selbst. Update auf Business Class pro Person mit einem nötigen Mindestgebot von 50 €…. So können wir das ganze auch sein lassen. Nennt es doch nicht Auktion wenn ihr den Preis für den Service eh als Mindestgebot setzt.
